Baked Bean Chili (Slow Cooker)

Serves 6

28 oz vegetarian baked beans

30 oz light and/or dark kidney beans, drained and rinsed

28 oz fire roasted diced tomatoes

1 T chili powder

1 T minced garlic

1 large onion, diced

1 green pepper, diced

Lightly spray the slow cooker with oil.  Start at the bottom of the ingredient list and layer ingredients in the slow cooker.  Stir and cover.  Cook on low for the whole day or on high for half the day.
